Happy with the quote... What next?
This is a very straight forward process. We'll only need a couple of things from you to get the ball rolling; The Artwork and the Master CD, DVD or USB Data.
These can be emailed, uploaded or posted to us.
Next, we'll proof the Artwork and Master. Once approved, we'll get your order underway. At this point, we may require payment before production starts. Please check the quote for payment terms.
Turnaround for Duplication is normally a week from sign-off and two weeks for Replication depending on quantity and packaging. USB turnaround is two weeks from sign-off.

PRE PRESS SETUP AND PROOFING
Once we have the artwork, we'll set them up as 'Print Ready' files and email them to you for final approval before going to print.
We charge a $35+gst prepress setup fee. This does not include a physical proof. There may be additional graphic design charges if your artwork requires significant adjusting to meet specifications. We will contact you first before making any adjustments. We can provide a physical proof on request. Contact us for more information.
AUDIO MASTER
The Audio Master can be supplied as:
Physical Audio CD - Audio files burnt to CD (Compact Disc Digital Audio), playable in a standalone CD player. Please test the CD before posting it to us and ensure it is clean and unscratched.
Audio DDP - (Disc Description Protocol) Basically an audio CD image. Often this will be provided by Mastering Studios. An Audio DDP has CD TEXT (track titles and album information) and ISRC (International Standard Recording Code) information embedded. A DDP is perfect for replication or duplication and can be sent over the internet. This is by far the best way to provide your audio master.
Audio files - WAV, AIFF or MP3 files can be supplied. From your final mix audio files, we then create a DDP and CD master for you to approve before going to production. We do however charge for this service. Please contact us for pricing.
DVD MASTER
The DVD Master can be supplied as:
Physical DVD - Authored DVD (Digital Video Disc). Video files burnt to DVD, playable in a standalone DVD player. Please test the DVD before posting it to us and ensure it is clean and unscratched.
DVD ISO - An ISO image of an Authored DVD. The ISO file can be sent to us over the internet making it a convenient format for supply a DVD Master.
Video Files - MOV or MP4 files can be supplied. We then convert the files to create an Authored DVD master for you to approve before going to production. The Authored DVD can have optional Menu, Chapters, Auto Start and Looping features. We do however charge for this service. Please contact us for pricing.
CD-ROM & DVD-ROM MASTERS
The Data Disc or CD-ROM / DVD-ROM can be supplied as:
Physical CD / DVD - Data or Software files burnt to CD or DVD. Please test the CD or DVD before posting it to us and ensure it is clean and unscratched.
ISO - An ISO image is an archive file of a CD or DVD. The ISO file can be sent to us over the internet making it a convenient format for supply the Master.
Data or Software Files - Archived (zipped) Files and Folders. Preferably in the final folder & file structure required. From this we create a Data CD-ROM or DVD-ROM Master.
USB MASTER
The USB data content can be supplied as:
Physical USB - Files and Folders posted to us on a USB. Preferably in the final folder & file structure required.
Data Files - Archived (zipped) Files and Folders uploaded to us. Preferably in the final folder & file structure required. From this we create a USB Master with Volume Label.
